Graeme Radford

Graeme oversees Guava’s UK operation, planning and managing the company’s business direction and strategy to ensure that Guava is able to continually give its clients the very best offering. He’s passionate about everything digital – from web development to search, with any new developments in the digital marketplace in between.

Graeme has impressive expertise in the areas of finance, compliance and quality assurance. Having gained an honours degree in Land Administration and training as a Chartered Surveyor, Graeme went on to manage Barclays Bank’s UK property portfolio. He rose to Director level at Barclays, before seeing the new media light and leaving to set up Guava with Paul in 1998. From making tea for their only employee working out of his front room, to winning and managing work for clients like Microsoft, Ford, WH Smith, Coca Cola and eBookers, he’s seen their business grow and grow – thanks to a solid vision, commitment to quality and plenty of hard work.

The proud Dad of identical triplet boys, Graeme loves playing with boys’ toys – from helicopters to games consoles, sailing to shooting, Graeme loves to play!
